Dance Community Outreach Program for Seniors

Movement Migration is offering FREE community dance classes for seniors!

Join Movement Migration for free community dance classes for seniors throughout the greater Charlotte area, serving Huntersville, Mint Hill, and Cornelius! Classes will be taught by Movement Migration dance artists and select classes will have live music by local musicians! See the schedule below with locations and dates.

I find the class to relax my mind and increases the flexibility in my body. I can go deeper. Even though it stars a at nine am, I love it so much, I have the energy to get up and show up! To top it all off we have the greatest instructors! Always showing up with great disposition and a smile!!
